Reality Vs Perception And The Exaggeration Theory
Boy, we hear this a lot: this debate about reality versus perception. I still have conversations with clients who are frustrated because their customer believes something that is not true about their business. The customer is perceiving something that is not true, or is it? Let's face it: perception IS reality. If I perceive your store to have poor service, then it has poor service, at least in my world.
